Vow Renewal Ceremonies in Wanaka

We Still Do

Whether it is one year, 10 years or 25 years since you first said “I do”, renewing your vows is a beautiful way to celebrate your relationship and reaffirm your love for each other.

A vow renewal ceremony gives you the chance to look back on everything you have shared together, celebrate where you are now and look forward to the years still to come.

A Ceremony That Tells Your Story

Your ceremony will be tailored to you and your story. We can include favourite memories, funny moments, special milestones and all the little things that have made your life together unique.

Perhaps there is a particular song, reading or poem that has special meaning to you, or maybe you would like to write new vows to share with each other.

There are no rules about how your vow renewal should look. It can be as simple or as elaborate as you wish. You might want something quiet and intimate, or perhaps you would love to throw a proper celebration with everyone you love.

Just the Two of You, or Share It With Those You Love

Your vow renewal can be an intimate ceremony with just the two of you, or you can include your children, grandchildren, close friends and wider family.

It can be a wonderful opportunity to bring together the people who have shared your journey and celebrate your relationship as a family.

And if you have children who were not there when you originally got married, including them in your vow renewal can make the ceremony particularly special.

Celebrate Somewhere Special

Your ceremony can take place wherever feels meaningful to you — perhaps beside beautiful Lake Wānaka, surrounded by mountains, at a favourite restaurant or venue, or somewhere that holds special memories from your life together.

You might even decide to return to the place where you originally said “I do” and relive some of those memories.

I am based in Wānaka and am also happy to travel to Queenstown and surrounding areas for vow renewal ceremonies.

A Chance to Say “We Still Do”

Whether you are celebrating a milestone anniversary, have overcome challenges together, are welcoming a new chapter in your lives, or simply want an excuse to celebrate your relationship, a vow renewal is a wonderful way to say:

“We still do.”

I would love to help you create a ceremony that reflects your relationship, your memories and everything you have shared together — while looking forward to whatever comes next.

Let us celebrate how far you have come and where you are going next.
